Organ Grinder Tom is a vintage street performer bringing the sights and sounds of a bygone era to modern-day audiences.  With a hand-cranked mechanical organ and period attire, Tom recreates the magic of a bygone era.  What began as a fascination with mechanical music instruments of old and their history has become an objective: to preserve and share the joyful experience and history of mechanical organ music at festivals, markets, and community gatherings. The organ itself is a visual and musical centerpiece—drawing crowds, sparking smiles, and inviting people of all ages to stop, listen, and enjoy.  The tunes collected range from timeless folk melodies and classical favorites to lively marches, nostalgic crowd-pleasers and even more modern hits! —each arranged specifically for the street organ.
